IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns on personalized orders. Call us if you
have any questions or concerns about the products.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES? HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ITEMS HAVE
SHIPPED?
We will always ship Priority Mail unless you request a “rush”
order. Most orders will be shipped within 1 -2 weeks from the order
date. We will e-mail you once your purchase has been shipped. The
following charges will apply within Continental United States: First
item - $6.00. Additional items - $3.00 each. If you would like your
order shipped outside the Continental U.S. or by next-day delivery,
e-mail us with your request and we will recalculate your shipping
charge and email you with your new order total.

( We will be more than happy to gift wrap your purchase for an additional
$5.00 per package. Some items can be combined in one package. I
will also include a gift card with your personalized message. Include
the wording for your gift message in the special instructions section
below the gift wrap option. All price tags are removed and no invoice
is included with gift wrapped orders. We will ship your wrapped
gift with card to either you or to your designated gift recipient.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
Whim-Z-Wear respects your privacy. All information given to us through
your order process is strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent
or loan any information regarding our customers to any other party
for any reason whatsoever.
HOW WILL YOU SEW MY MONOGRAM?
Monograms generally consist of three initials with the initial of
the last name larger and in the middle. This is considered the Traditional
method. A monogram can also be done all one size with the last initial
appearing last. This is considered the Modern method. You will be
asked to specify Traditional or Modern when applicable.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover Cards. Michigan residents
will pay 6% sales tax.
